The pool area is nice and well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The shower facilities had issues, with inconsistent water temperature. Close to local hiking trails and a golf course. Room cleanliness could have been better.

An enjoyable stay with a mix of positives and points for improvement. The staff was welcoming and corrected the room mix-up promptly. We received a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. The pool area and scenic mountain views were beautifully maintained. the room had visible dirt, questionable mold near the shower, and inadequate bed linens. The AC was finicky, and the lack of daily cleaning was noticeable. Basic amenities like internet access were frustratingly absent. For a budget option, it meets needs but misses the mark on cleanliness and comfort. Suitable for families, yet it could benefit from upgrading and more attention to detail.

The outdoor pool is massive and perfect for lounging in the sun! I loved the clean, cozy room that felt like a home away from home. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay!

The bed felt ancient and overly soft, sinking me right in. I had to sleep crosswise at the foot just to find comfort. It turned into a nightmare, making every night a struggle to get decent rest.

I really liked that the room at Days Inn had a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The carpeted floor was cozy, but I did notice some stains and it felt a bit crunchy, could use a deep clean. The bathroom had free toiletries, which was a nice touch, but the shower head was broken and the faucet was dripping, definitely needs some maintenance. There was no in-room sink, which was a bit inconvenient for washing up. Unfortunately, the heating system had a bad smell, so I couldn't use it at night when it got chilly. controlling the water temperature in the shower was a challenge as it would fluctuate between too hot and too cold.

Convenient location near great eateries makes this spot a plus. Pleasant staff were friendly and helpful, bringing extra towels without a fuss. The pool area was nicely maintained, but the room fell short—old rugs, awkward bathroom fixtures, and an annoying door that just wouldn’t open right. Water temperature in the shower was unpredictable, and cleaning was lacking during my four-night stay. The balcony was too dusty to enjoy, which was disappointing. Plus, be ready for that $100 deposit to hit your account in full before a delayed refund. A mixed bag of good and bad.

Came back from hiking and mountain biking, then hit the comfy bed. Clean room, nice TV. The pool area was fire, chill vibes, well-kept hot tub. Perfect spot for young squad vacay!
Would've been epic with a more lively bar scene for our crew.

The bed was comfortable, and the pillows added to a restful sleep. the room showed significant signs of age, with an outdated bathroom featuring a low shower head and inconsistent water pressure. The entrance door didn't seal well, allowing in light and drafts. While the pool area was a highlight, the hallways and rooms had a musty smell. the coffee maker didn't work, and I encountered issues with the key. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were accommodating, which somewhat offset my experience. The location next to the restaurant was convenient, but the room's overall condition needs improvement.

Located conveniently for exploring nearby attractions, our room on the ground floor provided easy access to parking. The hotel's spacious grounds, complete with trees and a pool, offered a resort-like feel. Additionally, having a restaurant on-site and a gas station across the street was quite convenient.
Although the room had a functional shower and comfortable bed, the carpeting in the hallways was in need of replacement. Room amenities were lacking, the front desk was often understaffed, and maintenance issues such as a leaking toilet and noisy pipes detracted from the overall experience.

Feeling like I'm in a glamorous movie from the '50s, the ultimate poolside bliss with scrumptious Cuban-American eats.
Keeping up with the leaks and unpredictable showers made me feel like a desert adventurer.

the pool was expansive, surrounded by big palm trees, and the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. i also found the room service to be fine. additionally, the hot tub was well maintained, the room spacious with a washer and dryer on the property, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. the management and pool area were also great, and the location was convenient with cold AC and a breakfast resto on the property, all less than 10mins from the tram. the lobby staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is in serious need of renovation. The room smelled musty, the carpets were dirty, and the furniture was old and sparse.

I chose Days Inn Palm Springs for its location near the San Jacinto Mountains, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free wifi throughout the property. Rick's Restaurant & Bakery at the Days Inn offers delicious meals and cooked-to-order breakfasts.
Hotel and rooms need updating.
